The project focused on the problems of load simulation and testing difficulties in the process of aerodynamic equipment dynamics test research, and carried out innovative research on four core technologies, including multi-degree-of-freedom load simulation and coordinated loading, multi-physical field coupled environment simulation, fault diagnosable testing technology based on the fusion of multiple measurement points information outside the cassette, and high-temperature restricted space multiparameter testing technology, which made a major breakthrough and innovation. With the innovative technology as the core technology, the project has developed multi-point coordinated loading system, shaft fatigue composite testing machine, thermal-mechanical coupling fatigue testing machine, airflow excitation testing machine, aero-engine experimental platform based on the prototype, helicopter main gearbox experimental platform based on the prototype, aero-bearing dynamic performance experimental platform, aero-hydraulic piping system experimental platform and other complete sets of equipment, realizing the complete aircraft power equipment and The project has 15 independent intellectual property rights, including 6 invention patents, 10 papers and 2 appraisals of achievements.
The series of products in the project, with leading performance indicators in China and advanced technology in the world, have successfully filled the gaps in China and broken the barriers of foreign technology. Based on the innovative technology and the corresponding tester to accumulate dynamic performance test data, it is of great significance to optimize the structural design of aviation power equipment, improve the performance of aviation power equipment and ensure its safe and efficient operation.
