On 26 July 2018, the Suzhou Chamber of Commerce for Science and Technology Equipment held its first general meeting and inaugural meeting at the Suzhou Convention Center. Wang Xiang, member of the Standing Committee of Suzhou Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Suzhou Municipal Government, Li Zan, Vice Chairman of Suzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Qiao Xiaolin, Secretary General of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Chamber of Commerce for Science and Technology Equipment Industry, attended the meeting. As a typical representative of "civil participation in the military" and one of the main initiators of the Chamber of Commerce, Wang Xiaozhong, Chairman of Dongling Company, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Wang Linxing, Director of Social Organization Management Department of Suzhou Civil Affairs Bureau, read out the approval of Suzhou Civil Affairs Bureau for the registration of Suzhou Chamber of Commerce in Science and Technology Equipment. Suzhou Municipal Committee Standing Committee, the executive vice mayor of the municipal government Wang Xiang, vice chairman of the Suzhou CPPCC, Federation of Industry and Commerce Chairman Li Zan jointly unveiled a plaque for the Suzhou Chamber of Commerce in science and technology equipment.
The General Assembly elected the first Council and Supervisory Board of Suzhou Chamber of Commerce of Science and Technology Equipment, Dongling Chairman Wang Xiaozhong was elected as the first Supervisor of Suzhou Chamber of Commerce of Science and Technology Equipment. At the meeting, the leaders of the Chamber of Commerce President, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Executive Vice President, Vice President and other units were awarded a plaque.
The election as the first supervisory unit of Suzhou Chamber of Commerce of Science and Technology Equipment is not only a trust and affirmation for Dongling, but also gives the company more responsibilities and responsibilities.
